За півроку Конституційний суд вже третій раз відсторонив президента країни Ігора Додона від посади президента

У п’ятницю Конституційний суд Молдови вже утретє тимчасово відсторонив від посади президента Ігоря Додона. Рішення прийняли через його відмову підписати прийнятий парламентом закон щодо боротьби з російською пропагандою.
Запит на відсторонення від посади Додона подав депутат від Демократичної партії Сергій Сирбу. У тексті прохання він просив суддів швидше прийняти рішення через можливе "конституційне блокування, що може вплинути на роботу законодавчого органу".
Під час виголошення рішення суд наголосив, що президент не має права вето і він повинен підписувати будь-який закон, навіть якщо він вважає цей закон неконституційним.
