Президент Ізраїлю Реувен Рівлін вибачився за твіт прем'єр-міністра країни Біньяміна Нетаньягу, який був сприйнятий як підтримка побудови стіни на американо-мексиканському кордоні, передає Media Sapiens
 

Як повідомляє Reuters, після підписання відповідного указу президнтом Дональдом Трампом, прем'єр-міністр Ізраїлю написав у своєму мікроблозі:  «Президент Трамп правий. Я побудував стіну вздовж південного кордону Ізраїлю. Вона зупинила всю нелегальну імміграцію. Великий успіх. Чудова ідея». 

Пізніше Біньямін Нетаньягу пояснив, що в своєму твіті він хотів похвалити Трампа за огородження біля кордонів Ізраїлю і не мав на увазі стіну на кордоні Мексики і США. 

В свою чергу президент Ізраїлю Реувен Рівлін вибачився за біль, який міг причинити твіт прем'єр-міністра. «Ми повинні пам'ятати, що мова йде про непорозуміння, і я впевнений, що ми можемо залишити його позаду», - цитує агентство заяву президента.  Міністерство закордонних справ Мексики прийняло вибачення Рівліна.

Минулого місяця Пакистан надіслав попередження Ізраїлю через фейкову новину про застосування ядерної зброї. Міністр оборони Пакистану Хаваджа Мухаммад Асіф (Khawaja Mohammad Asif) опублікував попередження для Ізраїлю в Twitter, написавши що «Пакистан також є ядерною державою».
