Очільниця пресслужби Партії Шарія Юлія Елмеланд раніше була піар-директоркою каналу «112 Україна» та медіахолдингу «Вести Украина».

Юлія Елмеланд раніше мала прізвище Павленко. У 2018 році вона стала піар-директоркою каналу «112 Україна», а до того обіймала аналогічну посаду в медіахолдингу «Вести Украина». Ще раніше пані Павленко працювала в «Українському медіа холдингу» Сергія Курченка. Зокрема, очолювала пресслужбу та була заступницею голови наглядової ради УМХ Олени Бондаренко, колишньої народної депутатки від Партії регіонів.

Крім того у 2019 році пані Елмеланд була піар-директоркою конкурсу «Міс Україна». Вона також очолювала власне PR-агентство Pavlenko Brand Group і працювала в групі компаній Sport Life.
