При этом расходы его оппонента он Демократов Хиллари Клинтон в июле составили $38,2 млн, а в июне они превысили $30 млн.

Больше других за эти два месяца в ходе по​следних президентских кампаний потратил действующий президент США Барак Обама в 2012 году ($58,1 млн в июне и $58,9 млн в июле).

Ранее журналисты New York Times провели расследование, согласно которому долги компаний Трампа достигают 650 млн долларов.
