Російські видання пишуть про перші порушення, які почали фіксувати незалежні спостерігачі та активісти під час голосування на так званих виборах президента в Росії. Так на одній із виборчих дільниць Воронежа портрет Путіна завісили простирадлом, а на іншій бюлетені підкинули в урну до початку голосування.

Деталі: За даними російської служби "Радіо Свобода" на одній із дільниць Воронежа спостерігач виявив портрет Володимира Путіна. Оскільки зображення кандидата на дільниці вважається незаконною агітацією, то портрет завісили простирадлом.

 

На іншій дільниці незалежний спостерігач виявив в урні для голосування бюлетені до початку самого голосування. Як пише видання "Медуза", один з місцевих активістів попросив комісію прибрати бюлетені з урни, вона погодилася. Ще одна виборча дільниця в Воронежі почала роботу до офіційного відкриття.

У свою чергу влада Воронезької області назвала інформацію про вкидання бюлетенів у скриньку "фейком" та заявила про "інформаційні атаки йдуть з боку прозахідних і проукраїнських ресурсів".

 

Також у Бєлгороді переривали голосування через сигнал про ракетну небезпеку. Людей, які прийшли голосувати, і співробітників виборчкому відправили в укриття силовики. Через 6 хвилин людей повернули на місця, і голосування продовжилося.
