Президент Украины Петр Порошенко поручил правительству разработать законопроект по ограничениям, запрету использования символики тоталитарных и других недемократических режимов, самопровозглашенных квазигосударственных образований

Как сообщают «Комментарии», об этом говорится в указе № 667/2014 от 23 августа.

«Постановляю... проработать с учетом лучшего мирового опыта вопрос законодательного урегулирования требований по использованию гражданами и юридическими лицами Украины, государственными органами, органами местного самоуправления на территории Украины государственных символов иностранных государств, ограничений, запрета использования символики тоталитарных и других недемократических режимов, самопровозглашенных квазигосударственных образований, террористических, сепаратистских организаций или групп и по результатам обработки подготовить и подать на рассмотрение Верховной Рады Украины соответствующий законопроект», – сказано в указе.

Кроме того, президент поручил Кабмину отработать вопрос законодательного урегулирования требований относительно использования гражданами или юридическими лицами Украины, государственными органами, органами местного самоуправления государственных символов иностранных государств.
