Депутат російської Держдуми Наталія Поклонська до цих пір залишається громадянкою України.

Це випливає із відповіді Адміністрації президента на запит народного депутата Сергія Лещенка, текст якої є в розпорядженні "Української правди".

Зокрема, АП відповідає на питання нардепа, чи позбавляли громадянства Поклонську.

З листа стає зрозуміло, що ані Міграційна служба, ані Міністерство закордонних, ані інші дипломатичні установи не надсилали президентові подання про позбавлення Поклонської українського громадянства.

"Згідно із статтями 24 та 25 Закону "Про громадянство" повноваження стосовно підготовки подань про втрату особами громадянства України на розгляд комісії при президентові з питань громадянства здійснюються Державною міграційною службою, Міністерством закордонних справ, дипломатичними представництвами та консульськими установами", - пояснюють в адміністрації.

Там зазначили, що самі надіслали до міграційної служби та МЗС відповідне звернення і чекають на реакцію.
