НАБУ решило пока не задерживать председателя Государственной аудиторской службы Людмилу Гаврилову. По версии следствия, в течение 2015-2016 годов Гаврилова получила активов на 9,92 миллиона гривен, происхождение денег женщина объяснить так и не смогла.

Как сообщает PRпортал,  украинский журналист Алексей Панич заявил, что если эта информация достоверна, то это именно то, о чем уже предупреждали многие эксперты – из-за огромного количества правонарушений, подследственных НАБУ, эта контора неизбежно должна выбирать, чем заниматься прежде всего. Итак, неизбежна дискреция, а следовательно – политическая окрашенность выбора. Тем самым следственный орган приобретает полномочия, отсутствующие в его формальном статусе, превращаясь в дискреционного убийцу политических репутаций, то есть, именно руководитель НАБУ будет решать, кого из политиков «сбить» сегодня, а кого отложить на послезавтра. 

Журналист отмечает, что опасная здесь не сама политическая окрашенность, ее избежать невозможно, а именно ее неизбежно дискреционное приложение, которое втягивает руководство НАБУ не просто «в политику», а непременно «на чью-то сторону», хочет оно того или нет. Ну вот, кажется, НАБУ уже дошло до того, чтобы признать эту неприятную угрозу публично.
