Як повідомляють джерела в раді відповідно до Закону України «Про місцеве самоврядування в Україні», Закону України «Про запобігання корупції», Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 171 від 25 березня 2015 р. «Про затвердження Порядку проведення спеціальної перевірки стосовно осіб, які претендують на зайняття посад, які передбачають зайняття відповідального або особливо відповідального становища, та посад з підвищеним корупційним ризиком, і внесення змін до деяких постанов Кабінету Міністрів України».

Голова районної ради мав дати згоду на проходження спеціальної перевірки
Відповідно до пункту 21

Порядку
проведення спеціальної перевірки стосовно осіб, які претендують на зайняття посад, які передбачають зайняття відповідального або особливо відповідального становища, та посад з підвищеним корупційним ризиком

"21. Спеціальна перевірка стосовно претендентів на посади в органах місцевого самоврядування, призначення (обрання) чи затвердження на які здійснюється місцевою радою, проводиться відповідно до цього Порядку після їх призначення (обрання) чи затвердження на відповідні посади.
Для проведення спеціальної перевірки такі особи протягом трьох робочих днів з дня призначення (обрання) чи затвердження подають до органу місцевого самоврядування документи, зазначені у пункті 8 цього Порядку.

У разі ненадання такою особою у встановлений строк згоди на проведення спеціальної перевірки або встановлення за результатами її проведення обставин, які є підставою для відмови у призначенні (обранні) чи затвердженні на посаду, її повноваження за відповідною посадою достроково припиняються без припинення повноважень депутата ради. Така особа звільняється з посади без прийняття рішення відповідною радою".

Тобто голова РР не надав такої згоди на проведення спец перевірки.  І нібито голова РР намагається то провести все заднім числом. Але як то кажуть всі вже про все вкурсі. Чи пройде, чи будуть нові вибори?

Все залежить від депутатів, громади і правоохоронців.
