Одеський адміністративний апеляційний суд поставив крапку у спробах затягнути оголошення результатів виборів на 132 окрузі Миколаївщини. Своєю постановою суд задовольнив апеляцію довірених осіб кандидата в народні депутати Аркадія Корнацького і скасував постанову Миколаївського адміністративного апеляційного суду від 31.10.14 щодо зобов’язання 132 ОВК розглянути заяву довіреної особи кандидата в народні депутати В.Капацини Ніколенка про перерахунок голосів на 10 виборчих дільницях округу. Про це повідомив довірена особа кандидата в народні депутати А.Корнацького Сергій Рохманов.

"Після того, як величезними зусиллями вдалося відстояти перемогу Аркадія Корнацького під час підрахунку в ОВК, його опонент Капацина вирішив вкрасти цю перемогу через суди. Не вдаючись в подробиці судових перепетій, скажу лише, що вчора Одеський апеляційний суд поставив крапку і в цьому питанню. Тепер ніщо не заважає ЦВК оголосити Корнацького обраним депутатом. Нижче офіційне повідомлення.

Одеський адміністративний апеляційний суд поставив крапку у спробах затягнути оголошення результатів виборів на 132 окрузі Миколаївщини. Своєю постановою суд задовольнив апеляцію довірених осіб кандидата в народні депутати Аркадія Корнацького і скасував постанову Миколаївського адміністративного апеляційного суду від 31.10.14 щодо зобов’язання 132 ОВК розглянути заяву довіреної особи кандидата в народні депутати В.Капацини Ніколенка про перерахунок голосів на 10 виборчих дільницях округу. Про це повідомив довірена особа кандидата в народні депутати А.Корнацького Сергій Рохманов.

Одночасно суд своїм рішенням встановив відсутність будь-яких правових підстав для перерахунку голосів. Це рішення Одеського адміністративного апеляційного суду означає, що перерахунку голосів на 132 окрузі не буде і воно є остаточним.",- пояснює Олександр

Нагадаємо, за результатом підрахунку голосів перемогу на 132 окрузі здобув Аркадій Корнацький. Сам підрахунок голосів супроводжувався спробами фальсифікації через маніпуляцію електронною системою підрахунку голосів «Вибори», коли голоси за Корнацького приписували іншому кандидату.

Після підрахунку 100% протоколів із дільниць, відповідно до якого А. Корнацький переміг, кандидат у народні депутати Василь Капацина, що посів друге місце, почав тиснути на членів 132 ОВК та погрожувати голові комісії.
