Министерство обороны США намерено привлечь "проверенных хакеров" к испытанию надежности системы безопасности своих некоторых публичных электронных сайтов, сообщили в Пентагоне, пишет ТАСС.
Такое привлечение "независимых экспертов", как было заявлено, является частью пилотного проекта, который впервые будет реализован американским оборонным ведомством при участии "добровольцев со стороны". Последним фактически будет предложено попытаться взломать несколько электронных сайтов Пентагона для выявления в них слабых мест с целью последующей ликвидации этих брешей в электронной системе безопасности.
"Я убежден в том, что эта инновационная инициатива позволит укрепить нашу "цифровую оборону", а в конечном итоге - усилит нашу национальную безопасность", - говорится в распространенном заявлении министра обороны США Эштона Картера, представившего данную пилотную программ.
