Виконавчий директор НАК "Нафтогаз" Андрій Пасішник опублікував у соцмережі частину переписки з Айварасом Абромавичусом. Показаний Пасішником шматок тексту передує тому шматку, який опублікував нардеп Сергій Лещенко. Чиновник "Нафтогазу" стверджує, що мітив на вакантне місце, яке мало з'явитись у міністерстві.

"Опублікований скріншот жодним чином не стосується будь-яких призначень. В переписці з Айварасом йшла мова виключно про можливість розділення в майбутньому наявної вакантної посади на дві окремі, яке за моєю інформацією повинно було статися найближчим часом і всіма було погоджено, саме тому я впевнено послався на прізвища!", - пише Пасішник.

Посадовець заявив, що його "використовують як цапа-відбувайла в чужій брудній грі" і пообіцяв більше не публікувати жодних виправдань, поки не завершиться слідство. Напередодні, 7 лютого, Айварас Абромавичус заявив, що від президентської фракції йому нав'язували заступники Андрія Пасішника. Сам Пасішник запевняв, що самостійно просився у міністерство.
