Суд Киева вынес решение, согласно которому были признаны недействительными десять торговых марок Сбербанка, последний лишен доменного имени sberbank.ua и удовлетворено требование Ощадбанка о запрете использовать торговую марку "Сбербанк". Об этом говорится в пресс-релизе судившегося госбанка.

Как сообщал PRпортал,  15 января 2016 года Ощадбанк подал соответствующий иск в суд о защите торговой марки "Сбербанк", единственным законным владельцем которой, по данным банка, на территории Украины является именно Ощадбанк (свидетельство №82116 от 10.09.2007 г.). Правда, этот суд Ощадбанк проиграл и подал апеляцию
