Громадянська мережа ОПОРА розробила новий інструмент, який дозволяє здійснювати пошук за ключовими словами по стенограмах засідань ВРУ та виступах народних депутатів.

Для цього в організації створили окрему, відкриту для всіх веб-сторінку.

Координатор виборчих і політичних програм громадянської мережі ОПОРА Ольга Айвазовська пояснює: «ОПОРА моніторить діяльність парламенту. Ми розробляли чимало технологічних інструментів для ефективної реалізації громадського контролю. Конкретно цей - пошук за ключовими словами по стенограмах засідань ВРУ та виступах народних депутатів - покликаний зробити роботу парламентарів прозорішою. До того ж, це зручний інструмент пошуку для журналістів, громадських активістів чи аналітиків».

Цим інструментом представники ОПОРи вирішили додатково дослідити, що відбувається у випадках неособистого голосування у Верховній Раді. Так, відповідно до аналізу розмов та виступів парламентарів на тему «неособистого голосування», виявлено 23 виступи з вживанням слова «кнопкодавство», йдеться у дописі ОПОРи на Facebook.

ОПОРА порахувала кількість розмов та виступів народних депутатів, які стосувались кнопкодавства, приділяючи максимум уваги ключовим словам та словосполученням.

Найбільше на цю тему говорив свободівець Юрій Левченко - тричі і всі протягом 17-18 червня, коли в першому читанні Рада прийняла закон про відповідальність за ці вчинки. Дещо менше це слово вживав інший свободівець Андрій Іллєнко: в грудні 2014-го та лютому 2015-го. Зокрема, в лютому він говорив про Регламентний комітет, який на той час три місяці працював без голови. На думку депутата, це не дозволяло запобігати кнопкодавству або усувати його наслідки.
