Президент США Барак Обама считает, что президент РФ Владимир Путин "не совсем глупый" (not completely stupid), поскольку постоянно интересуется работой с Америкой. Об этом он сказал в интервью The Atlantic для апрельского номера журнала, пишет 112.ua.

"По правде говоря, на самом деле, Путин, на всех наших встречах, неукоснительно вежлив, очень откровенен. Наши встречи очень деловые. Он никогда не заставляет меня ждать два часа, как он делает это с кучей других людей", – сказал Обама.

Также президент США добавил, что Путин считает, что его отношения с США важнее, чем думают американцы.

"Он постоянно интересуется как наш коллега и как с нами работать, потому что он не совсем глупый (not completely stupid). Он понимает, что общей позиции России в мире значительно поубавилось. И тот факт, что он вторгается в Крым, или пытается поддержать Асада, внезапно не делает его игроком", – сказал лидер США.

По мнению американского лидера, Путин жестоко поступил с Украиной, поскольку это была "страна-клиент, которая пытались выскользнуть" из российской хватки.

Кроме того, Обама отметил, что "Украина, которая не является страной-членом НАТО, будет уязвимой для военного доминирования России" независимо от того, что делают США.

Напомним, конгресс США будет продолжать военную поддержку Украины в ее противостоянии агрессии РФ.
