Басманний районний суд міста Москви визнав редакцію російської «Новой газеты» винною в порушенні ст.18.15 КоАП РФ (незаконне притягнення до трудової діяльності іноземного громадянина) і призначив штраф у 400 тис. рублів (понад 198 тис. гривень).

Йдеться про публікацію газетою статей громадянина Узбекистану Алі Феруза (справжнє ім'я Худоберді Нурматов), якого звинувачують в порушенні правил в'їзду в Росію або режиму перебування в країні.

«Новая газета» має намір оскаржити рішення суду.

Нагадаємо, журналіст Алі Феруз був затриманий правоохоронцями поблизу редакції 1 серпня 2017 року.

Тоді суд ухвалив рішення про депортацію Алі Феруза в Узбекистан. Після цього журналіст спробував накласти на себе руки в суді. Європейський суд з прав людини заборонив депортувати журналіста з Росії. У результаті Мосміськсуд призупинив рішення Басманного суду про депортацію автора «Новой газеты» Алі Феруза в Узбекистан. 24 січня Верховний суд Росії скасував рішення про видворення узбецького журналіста, якому на батьківщині загрожує переслідування, або, можливо, навіть «смертельна небезпека».

Зараз Алі Феруз знаходиться в центрі тимчасового утримання іноземних громадян «Сахарово». Справу направлено на новий розгляд в Мосміськсуд. Наступне засідання відбудеться 2 лютого.

Пана Феруза затримували й раніше: у березні 2017 року за «адміністративні правопорушення», які передбачають безумовну депортацію до Узбекистану. До цього він три роки намагався пройти процедуру отримання статусу (для перебування в РФ) а також подавав документи на отримання тимчасового притулку.
