Новим генеральним прокурором призначать депутата від "Слуги народу", заступника голови комітету з питань правоохоронної діяльності, Сергія Іонушаса.
Повідомляє співрозмовники УП в правоохоронних органах і партії "Слуга народу"
Шанси Рябошапки залишати за собою крісло генпрокурора до останнього були високими. Все змінилося після його зустріч із послами G7. За даними УП, це стало "останньою краплею" для президента Володимира Зеленського, який остаточно вирішив провести звільнення.
Рябошапка 4 березня начебто повинен прозвітувати в Раді, на що йому за регламентом виділили лише 5 хвилин, після чого парламент підтримає постанову про недовіру генпрокурору, яка вже зареєстрована.
Зазначимо, що згідно із законом про Прокуратуру, генеральний прокурор звільняється президентом за згодою Верховної Ради.
