Німецька державна канцелярія впевнена у тому, що Росія спробує вплинути на результати майбутніх виборів за допомогою кібератак, пише Media Sapiens.
 

Тому влада Німеччини має намір створити підрозділ з ІТ-фахівців, які протидіятимуть кібератакам на критично важливі об'єкти інфраструктури, наприклад, електростанції або системи водопостачання, повідомляє Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Німецькі фахівці будуть виводити з ладу закордонні сервери зловмисників.

«Німеччина повинна адаптуватися до нового тиску», - йдеться у спільній заяві Канцелярії та силових структур Німеччини. Також урядовці нагадали про кібератаки наприкінці листопада, коли близько 900 тис. клієнтів Deutsche Telekom залишилися без інтернету або якість зв'язку у них різко погіршилася. Канцлер Німеччини Ангела Меркель заявила, що не володіє інформацією про цей інцидент, але зазначила, що подібні методи властиві «гібридній війні», яку веде Росія. «Подібні кібератаки стають частиною повсякденного життя і нам треба навчитися жити з ними», - сказала пані Меркель.

Як писав MediaSapiens, в США заснували постійний комітет з протидії «активним діям Росії».  Палата представників Конгресу США прийняла законопроект про заснування постійного комітету для протидії «активних дій Росії зі здійснення прихованого впливу на народи і уряди».

Також раніше  Європарламент прийняв резолюцію про боротьбу з російською пропагандою.
