Министр охраны окружающей среды Германии Барбара Хендрикс (Barbara Hendricks) вступила в брак со своей давней партнершей, гражданкой Франции Валери Возанж (Valerie Vauzanges).

Об этом сообщает LB.ua со ссилкой на Welt. 

"Барбара Хендрикс сказала "Да" Валери Возанж", - говорится в сообщении.

Бракосочетание состоялось в понедельник в Клеви.

65-летняя Хендрикс и ее 56-летняя подруга знакомы 20 лет. Возанж - учительница.

Предложение руки и сердца было сделано сразу после того, как Бундестаг одобрил закон о "браках для всех".

Хендрикс надеется, что его шаг поможет лесбиянкам быть увереннее в себе. 

Напомним, что Бундестаг приравнял однополые браки к гетеросексуальным 30 июня. Закон вступил в силу 1 октября.
