Російський опозиційний політик Олексій Навальний погодився на дебати з одним із колишніх ватажків "ДНР" Ігорем "Гіркіним" Стрєлковим.

Про це він повідомив на своєму сайті, передає ТСН

"Метою дебатів він бачить довести, що я не є патріотом, ні націоналістом, ні навіть опозиціонером", - зазначив Навальний. 

При цьому опозиціонер стверджує, що є єдиним кандидатом у президенти РФ, який прямо заявляє про те, що "до політичного життя країни та участі у виборах повинні бути допущені всі політичні сили, включаючи націоналістів", серед них він назвав і тих самих націоналістів, "яких Кремль використовував для нагнітання імперської, антиукраїнської та антизахідної пропаганди"; використовував для початку шкідливої, згубної для Росії війни, а тепер всіляко душить, заганяє в підпілля і перетворює на маргіналів".

"Намагатимуся під час цих дебатів довести, що я найкращий кандидат для всіх виборців, які називають себе патріотами", - заявив Навальний.
