В черговий раз Максим Поляков, який є народним депутатом України, заявив про відмову надіти електронний браслет. Як передають «Українські новини», цього разу парламентар просто втік. «Нам не вдалося надіти на Максима Полякова браслет, тому що він втік», - наголосили представники Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури. Наголошується, що тепер, у зв’язку з відмовою депутата виконувати судове рішення, прокурори будуть відкривати кримінальне провадження.

Як раніше повідомлялося, 21 числа поточного місяця у Солом’янському районному суді Києва Полякову було обрано запобіжний захід. Парламентарю потрібно заплатити грошову заставу, розмір якої складає триста тисяч гривень. Крім цього, Поляков мав здати власний закордонний паспорт та носити браслет стеження. Трохи згодом інформаційні агентства повідомили, що правоохоронці намагалися надіти електронний браслет, за допомогою якого за правопорушником можна стежити, проте він не дозволив цього зробити. 

До того ж, Максим Поляков так і не з'явився до поліції, щоб отримати браслет, хоча призначену йому грошову заставу таки вніс.
