Вища судова палата Молдови (ВСП) залишила в силі рішення Апеляційної палати Кишинева про виключення з виборчих перегонів проросійської партії Patria.

Про це повідомляє Європейська правда

ВСП 29 листопада на закритому засіданні без участі сторін відхилила апеляцію партії Patria, яка оскаржила рішення Апеляційної палати (АП) Кишинева про анулювання реєстрації партії як конкурента на виборах. Patria визнана порушником пунктів a і b ч. 4 ст. 69 Кодексу про вибори.

Рішення є остаточним і оскарженню не підлягає.

Членам виборчих комісій тепер доведеться вручну проставити штамп "retras" (видалена) більш ніж на 3 млн виборчих бюлетенів.

При цьому глава делегації ЄС у Молдові Пірка Тапіола висловив занепокоєністьзміною учасників передвиборної кампанії на такому пізньому етапі і висловив надію, що вибори відповідатимуть демократичним стандартам.

Нагадаємо, в четвер Апеляційна палата Кишинева задовольнила  клопотання Центральної виборчої комісії (ЦВК), яка на позачерговому засіданні 26 листопада проголосувала за зняття партії Patria з виборів.Підставою для цього рішення стало звернення МВС Молдови в ЦВК, в якому стверджувалась, що партія допустила порушення при фінансуванні виборчої кампанії, зокрема вона фінансувалась з-за кордону і не декларувала відповідно ці доходи.

Лідер знятої з виборів партії Ренато Усатий втік до Росії, побоюючись арешту.
