~~Нацрада з телебачення і радіомовлення розгляне правомірність трансляції каналом "Еспресо TV" звернення президента Росії Володимира Путіна до Федеральних зборів 4 грудня.

Про це на брифінгу повідомив журналістам глава Нацради Юрій Артеменко, повідомляють "Українські новини".

"Ми в жодному разі закривати очі на ситуацію з цієї трансляцією не будемо. Ми хочемо обговорити з телеканалом, чи було це новиною, маніпуляцією, або ж чимось ще. При цьому варто відзначити, що Путін не є терористом або ж персоною нон грата – він керівник сусідньої країни", – заявив Артеменко.

Він зазначив, що телеканал, транслюючи звернення російського президента, використовував відеоматеріали забороненого в Україні телеканалу Russia Today.

Артеменко також підкреслив, що хоч керівництво каналу і вважає показ цього звернення виключно новинним контентом, він не може розглядати дану трансляцію інакше, як розпалюванням міжнаціональної ворожнечі, а також образою України або її громадян.
