У Вінницькій області на виборчій дільниці №050346, що знаходиться у селі Кантелина (Дашівська селищна громада) виборцям видавали бюлетені без пред’явлення паспортів.

Про це повідомляють спостерігачі Громадянської мережі ОПОРА.

На зауваження спостерігача ОПОРИ голова дільничної комісії Галина Дмитрук відповіла, що комісія прийняла рішення видавати бюлетені без пред’явлення паспортів.

Також голова дільничної комісії написала спостерігачу ОПОРИ пояснення про те, що рішення про видачі бюлетенів без відповідних документів комісія прийняла на вечірньому засіданні 10 грудня. Таке рішення було прийняте у зв’язку з тим, що люди проживають в одному селі і знають один одного.

ОПОРА нагадує, що згідно з частиною 2 статті 3 Закону України «Про місцеві вибори», документом, який посвідчує особу, підтверджує громадянство та засвідчує місце проживання виборця на місцевих виборах, є:

  • паспорт громадянина України;
  • тимчасове посвідчення громадянина України (для осіб, недавно прийнятих до громадянства України).

Також абзац другий частини 7 статті 77 ЗУ «Про місцеві вибори» передбачає пред’явлення документа виборцем при проведені голосування.
