В Полтавской области по состоянию на 9 июля зарегистрировано 8 сообщений о нарушениях избирательного законодательства. Об этом сообщает отдел коммуникации полиции Полтавской области.

"По состоянию на 9 июля 2016 г. на территории Полтавской области зарегистрировано 8 сообщений о нарушениях избирательного законодательства. Зафиксированные факты содержат признаки административных правонарушений, посягающих на осуществление народного волеизъявления и установленный порядок его обеспечения", - сказано в сообщении.

Отмечается, что большинство правонарушений, зарегистрированных полицией, касаются нарушения порядка и ограничений относительно ведения предвыборной агитации.

Например, 8 июля в Гребенковском районе полиция обнаружила трех девочек в возрасте от 9 до 11 лет, которые раскладывали в почтовые ящики агитационные листовки, оформленные с нарушением установленных законом требований. Дети объяснили полиции, что распространить агитационные материалы за вознаграждение им предложила неизвестная женщина. Всего девочки получили от "заказчицы" около 100 листовок.

Сейчас полиция устанавливает инициатора раздачи листовок, чтобы привлечь к административной ответственности.

При этом ни одного уголовного нарушения не зарегистрировано.

Напомним, на территории Полтавской области промежуточные выборы народных депутатов Украины, запланированные на 17 июля 2016 г., пройдут на 151-м одномандатном избирательном округе с центром в г. Лохвица и на 216 избирательных участках пяти районов: Гадяцкого, Гребенковского, Лохвицкого, Лубенского, Пирятинского и Чернухинского.
