В рамках анонсированного компанией обновления "Страниц" на них появятся кнопки, призывающие пользователей к действию. Бизнес сможет мотивировать потенциальных клиентов записываться на прием к специалистам, изучать меню ресторанов и рассматривать продукты и специальные предложения магазинов на странице в социальной сети. Обновится и вид бизнес-страниц, что позволит пользователям проще находить ключевую информацию без лишнего скроллинга, особенно на смартфонах, сообщает Delo.ua.

"Более 45 миллионов бизнесов по всему миру используют "Страницы" Facebook. — сообщила операционный директор Шерил Сэндберг. — Наша цель — помочь вам развивать свой бизнес". В социальной сети заявили, что некоторые владельцы малого бизнеса сообщили о том, что получают больше клиентских запросов через соцсеть, чем по телефону и электронной почте в сумме.

Важным изменением стала адаптация "Страниц" для мобильных устройств: владельцы бизнесов смогут редактировать страницы и отвечать на запросы покупателей со смартфонов. В подтверждение Сандберг заявила, что становясь более мобильными, "Страницы" позволят избежать бизнесам создания собственных сайтов.

Запуск новых "Страниц" — часть стратегии Facebook по развитию источников прибыли помимо рекламы в новостной ленте. Социальная сеть планирует зарабатывать на сервисе обмена сообщениями Facebook Messenger и "Страницах" как только они станут естественным местом коммуникации бизнеса и пользователей.
