Головне слідче управління МВС України почало досудове провадження за фактом закликів до зміни територіальної цілісності України, які поширюються в мережі від імені російського блогера Сергія Доренка,повідомляє Громадське

Зокрема, мова йде про публікацію під заголовком «Сергій Доренко: Кращий вихід для України – це розділення», із закликами до зміни державного кордону України та її території.

«Центральная, Южная и Восточная Украина входят в состав России областями без всяких дурацких автономий. Западная Украина идет к такой-то матери, и все счастливы. Чем плоха идея?», – цитують публікацію в МВС.

Дані дії підпадають під дію ч. 1 ст. 110 Кримінального кодексу України.

На даний час проводяться оперативні заходи щодо встановлення осіб, причетних до розповсюдження даної інформації, і авторства закликів, що мають ознаки злочину.
