У німецькому Міністерстві внутрішніх справ вважають, що Російська Федерація буде намагатися вплинути на вибори до бундестагу, які відбудуться вже у вересні цього року,інформує  Deutsche Welle.

Як зауважили преставники МВС ФРН, вже найближчим часом може з'явитися інформація про хакерську атаку на бундестаг, яка трапилася 2 роки тому, в результаті чого зловмисники отримали доступ до прихованої інформації. Очільник профільного міністерства Томас де Мезьєр зауважив, що у відомстві очікують на оприлюднення даних про кібератаку 2015-го року. Також урядовець відмітив, що Берлін допускає можливі спроби Москви зірвати цьогорічний виборчий процес. Щоправда при цьому Мезьєр додав, що наразі немає інформації, що Росія буде підтримувати одну із політсил ФРН, хоча в ЗМІ фігурувада інформація, що на французьких виборах Кремль підтримував представницю партії "Національний фронт" Марін Ле Пен.

Крім того, глава МВС Німеччини заявив, що німецькі спеслужби не мають документальних підтверджень того, що саме Росія стоїть за масштабною хакерською атакою, в результаті якої вірусом-здирником Petya.A було вражено комп'ютери державних установ та приватних компаній в понад 60 країнах світу.
