Россия потребовала немедленно отпустить задержанных в Киеве журналистов российского телеканала LifeNews. Об этом говорится в сообщении пресс-службы Министерства иностранных дел Российской Федерации.

"Требуем немедленно отпустить российских журналистов и прекратить порочную практику запугивания представителей СМИ. Ожидаем соответствующей реакции специализированных международных организаций и, прежде всего, представителя ОБСЕ по вопросам свободы СМИ Д. Миятович на очередной противоправный акт со стороны киевских властей, систематически зачищающих информационное пространство Украины от непредвзятого взгляда на происходящие в этой стране события", - говорится в сообщении.

По данным МИД РФ, среди задержанных в Киеве корреспондент Елизавета Храмцова и оператор Наталья Калышева. В ведомстве заявляют, что связи с ними нет, их местонахождение неизвестно.

PRпортал напомнит,Служба безопасности Украины задержала в пятницу, 30 января, журналистов русского пропагандистского телеканала Lifenews.

Позже, советник председателя СБУ Маркиян Лубкивский подтвердил информацию о задержании двух сотрудников съемочной группы российского телеканала LifeNews, отметив, что они будут выдворены с территории Украины с последующим запретом въезжать в страну в течение 5 лет.
