«Единая Россия» и ее лидер, премьер Дмитрий Медведев, начинают избирательную кампанию по выборам в Госдуму (пройдут в сентябре). Это подтвердил РБК Медведев. «Я от партии себя не отделяю, действительно буду участвовать в избирательной кампании и, по сути, уже в нее включился: постоянно встречаюсь с партийцами», — рассказал председатель правительства, отвечая после декабрьского интервью телеканалам на вопрос о дальнейших планах. Он выразил надежду, что партия получит большинство, ведь это соответствует нынешнему высокому уровню ее поддержки.

Источники рассказывают, что в партии рассчитывают на более активную кампанию, чем в предыдущие годы. Как подтвердил собеседник в правительстве, в ближайшее время единороссы проведут целую серию тематических форумов. Они нужны в том числе для того, чтобы выработанные на них механизмы решения социально-экономических проблем были учтены в предвыборной программе партии, говорит собеседник. По его словам, премьер намерен принять участие в этих форумах, хотя, возможно, и не во всех.
