Президент Франції Еммануель Макрон сказав, що співробітники російських медіа "Russia Today" та "Sputnik" - "не журналісти". Про це він сказав під час спільної прес-конференції із президентом РФ Володимиром Путіним, передає Громадське.

Макро сказав, що "Russia Today" та "Sputnik" був закритий доступ до його передвиборчого штабу через те, що вони розповсюджували наклеп. Французький президент зазначив, що якщо журналіст розповсюджує наклеп, — він вже не журналіст.

"Я вважаю, що "Russia Today" та "Sputnik" росповсюджували наклеп і тому вони не мали права перебувати у моєму штабі… Вони себе поводили не як журналісти, а як органи пропаганди, брехливої пропаганди, з метою впливу на кампанію", — сказав Макрон.

Журналістка Наталя Геворкян, яка була присутня на прес-конференції, зазначила, що коли Макрон назвав "Russia Today" та "Sputnik" "не журналістами", Путін промовчав.
