Президент Франції Еммануель Макрон заявив, що життя світового лідера є не таким "крутим", ніж це може здатися, навівши як приклад переговори зі своїм турецьким колегою Таїпом Ердоганом.

Про це Макрон заявив в інтерв'ю французькому щотижневику Le Point, повідомляє Європейська правда із посиланням на Reuters.

Відповідаючи на запитання журналіста, чи не намагається він показати себе "крутим" на світовій арені, Макрон відповів: "Світова арена насправді не така вже й крута, як ви знаєте".

Коли його попросили навести приклад, він згадав президента Туреччини.

"Я один з тих, кому доводиться говорити з Ердоганом кожні 10 днів", - відповів Макрон, але без пояснень, що саме він мав на увазі.

Як відомо, Ердогана часто критикують лідери у Західній Європі, особливо через порушення прав людини.

Остання відома розмова між Макроном і Ердоганом відбулася 27 серпня, коли вони обговорювали долю французького журналіста, ув'язненого в Туреччині.
