Фракція Радикальної партії Олега Ляшка у Верховній Раді просить Вищий адміністративний суд зобов'язати Президента Петра Порошенка внести в парламент подання на обрання нового складу Центральної виборчої комісії.
Про це журналістам повідомив голова фракції Олег Ляшко, повідомляють Українські новини.
"Сьогодні я підписав позов до Президента України, поданий у Вищий адміністративний суд України. У ньому я прошу суд визнати незаконною дією неперепризначення членів Центральної виборчої комісії, а також прошу суд зобов'язати Президента Порошенка внести в парламент нові кандидатури членів ЦВК", - сказав він.
Раніше РП пропонувала Президентові внести в парламент кандидатуру Олексія Кочарміна на призначення його членом ЦВК при переформатуванні його складу.
Як повідомляло агентство, РП закликає колег включити до порядку денного пленарного тижня 15-18 вересня законопроект про внесення змін у Конституцію в частині зняття депутатської й обмеження суддівської недоторканності.
