Лідер фракції БПП "Солідарність" Юрій Луценко у себе на Фейсбук  пояснив за що позбавили мандатів Миколу Томенка та Єгора Фірсова і повідомив за яких умов партія може передумати

"Розумію, що це багатьом не подобається. Мені - теж,  - пише Юрій Луценко і аргументує рішення БПП: 

1. У фракції БПП усі, в тч і Томенко з Фірсовим, мають свободу слова і навіть голосувань. 
2. Їм цього виявилося мало і вони, обрані за списком партії, вийшли зі складу фракції. 
3. Конституція прямо вказує, що в цьому випадку депутатські повноваження достроково припиняються. 
4. Натяки, що немає закону, за яким має відбуватися це дострокове припинення - недоречні. Конституційний суд давно встановив, що Конституція - закон прямої дії. Інакше не діє конституційна норма про персональне голосування, про право на мирні зібрання і багато інших норм Конституції, під які нема законів. 
5. Єдиний шлях уникнути процедури позбавлення мандату - заява про повернення у фракцію. В іншому випадку місце тушок займуть Бригінець і Білоцерковець. Перший прийде в зал ВР прямо з фронту, інший - керівник столичної організації Удару.
