Режисер в інтерв'ю озвучив свої телевізійні вподобання. Скандаліст Емір Кустуріца переконаний, що канал RT (колишній Russia Today) є прикладом для наслідування, пише ТСН.

 "Російський телеканал Russia Today - кращий зразок того, яким має бути телебачення. На відміну від "Бі-бі-сі" і CNN, де показують однобоку інформацію ", - зауважив Кустуріца.

Творець "Арізонської мрії" наголосив, що поява RT в Сербії стала б "кращим прикладом" для решти телеканалів. Інтерв'ю Кустуріци для "Руски Експрес" приурочено до відкриття фестивалю кіно і музики "Кустендорф" в сербському селі Древенград. Еміль заснував цей фестиваль в 2008 році, а в цілому захід проходить під патронатом Міністерства культури Сербії.

"Тут є телеканал N1, який проводить політику SNN, і монтує матеріали так, щоб у глядача сформувати певний потрібний їм погляд на ситуацію. Тому якби Росія мала тут телеканал, такий як Russia Today це було б найкращим прикладом", - підсумував сербський режисер.
