Міські депутати невдоволені прийняттям Закону про перевибори у Кривому Розі. Відповідна заява оприлюднена на сайті міськради Кривого Рогу.

В заяві сказано, що парламентська більшість довела країну до кризи, та порушує закони. Депутати міськради визнали, що Закон про перевибори міського голови Кривого Рогу не відповідає конституції в зв'язку з чим вони попросили Президента розпустити Верховну Раду.

За прийняття заяви проголосувало 35 депутатів міськради. Під час зачитування цього звернення сесійну залу покинули депутати від фракцій "Самопомочі", "УКРОПу", "БПП - "Солідарність"" і "Сили людей ".

Варто зазначити, що у депутатів міськради немає повноважень приймати політичні рішення.

Як повідомляв PRпортал, Верховна Рада проголосувала за проект Закону "Про проведення позачергових виборів Криворізького міського голови". Згідно закону, вибори пройдуть 27 березня 2016 року. Хоча, це рішення можна оскаржити у Конституційному суді.
