Російський журналіст Олександр Невзоров розповів про механізми функціонування кремлівської пропагандистської машини, - про це інформує PRпортал з посиланням на блог оглядача на ресурсі «Обозреватель».

Так, журналіст зауважує, що витрати на кремлівську пропаганду, незважаючи на зовнішнє враження, не будуть найближчим часом зменшуватись. Здається, якщо закривається низка офісів державної пропаганди, то Кремль вливатиме у задурманювання мізків населення менше ресурсів. Але це враження хибне – кошти просто будуть перенаправлені. Кремль дійшов висновку, що до цього ресурси розділялись нераціонально, і сформувати викривлену картину дійсності у пересічного росіянина можна і меншим коштом.

Відтепер Кремль фінансуватиме блогерів, креативщиків, інтелігенцію – коротше кажучи, тих, хто впливатиме на більш інтелектуально розвинених росіян. Ті бабусі, які вірили у розіп’ятого хлопчика – з ними і так повний порядок, вони віритимуть в нього і далі. Росіяни – принаймні ті самі 86% - дуже сприйнятливі до пропаганди, їм можна нав’язати яку завгодно позицію. І Невзоров навіть не впевнений, що це треба лікувати – все-одно громадська думка в Росії ні на що не впливає, впливає лише воля Кремля.
