На мера Ірпеня, керівника партії "Нові обличчя" Володимира Карплюка накладено штраф 5100 гривень.

Про це на свої сторінці у Facebook написала голова НАЗК Наталя Корчак.

За її словами Карплюка визнано винним внаслідок відсутності у звіті партії про майно, доходи, втрати і зобов’язання фінансового характеру за IV квартал 2016 року висновків незалежного зовнішнього фінансового аудиту.

Такі висновки є обов’язковими для тих політсил, які брали участь у виборах.

"Нові обличчя" була суб’єктом виборчого процесу на позачергових виборах депутатів Коцюбинської селищної ради Київської області, які відбулись у липні 2016 року. Від партії було обрано 10 депутатів. Таким чином відповідний висновок незалежного фінансового аудиту цієї політичної сили, в рамках чинного законодавства… мав би бути невід’ємною частиною звіту партії, який був наданий НАЗК", - написала вона.

Корчак додала, що розмір штрафів за інкримінованими Карплюку статтями слід збільшувати.

Як відомо, згідно з даними електронної декларації, Карплюк володіє 20 земельними ділянками загальною площею близько 2 га в Бучі та Ірпені, а також сімома квартирами, три з яких – у Польщі.

У 2017 році стало відомо, що Карплюк за 901 тис гривень придбав матеріали для пам'ятника Тарасу Шевченку.

За 2014 рік Карплюк задекларував 67 квартир.

У липні 2016 року Генпрокуратура обшукала помешкання мера Ірпеня .

Генпрокурор Юрій Луценко тоді заявив, що мери Бучі та Ірпеня протягом 2006-2012 років незаконно відвели у власність земельні ділянки своєму оточенню і потрібним людям з Києва. Зокрема – екс-голові ВР Ігорю Калетнику дісталося 14 га лісових угідь.
