Конституционный суд России одобрил перенос выборов в Госдуму на сентябрь 2016 года.

В среду суд огласил постановление, в соответствии с которым законопроект, позволяющий совмещать парламентские выборы с Единым днем голосования в сентябре следующего года, признан соответствующим Конституции,пишет Радио Свобода

С запросом в Конституционный суд обратился Совет Федерации. Он был рассмотрен 29 июня.Суд пришел к выводу, что Конституцией допускается расхождение даты новых выборов в Думу с окончанием срока полномочий предыдущего созыва нижней палаты, но только в том случае, если издержки такого решения компенсируются их значимостью для государства. Вместе с тем суд подчеркнул, что подобный перенос должен носить исключительный характер и не перерастать в тенденцию.

19 июня Государственная дума России приняла в первом чтении законопроект о переносе выборов с декабря на сентябрь 2016 года.Против этого возражает только фракция КПРФ.
