Белорусского банкира Виктора Бабарико, потенциального противника Александра Лукашенко на выборах президента, задержали и доставили на допрос.

 

Об этом сообщает "Белтелерадиокомпания".

Бабарико и его сына допрашивают в рамках следственных действий по делу о неуплате налогов в "Белгазпромбанке", который Бабарико возглавлял на протяжении 20 лет.

Виктор Бабарико ушел с поста главы "Белгазпромбанка" в мае, чтобы сосредоточиться на предвыборной кампании. Дело о неуплате налогов  было возбуждено уже после его объявления о намерении участвовать в выборах.

С 15 июня Нацбанк Беларуси ввел в "Белгазпромбанке" временную администрацию. Ранее в рамках дела   были задержаны несколько человек из ближайшего окружения Бабарико.

Напомним, ранее Лукашенко сравнил соперника на выборах с хряком и заявил, что не отдаст Беларусь.
