Главнй редактор издания «Комсомольская правда в Украине» Оксана Богданова на своей страничке в «Фейсбуке» сообщила, что вскоре название газеты будет изменено в связи с законом о декоммунизации:

"Декоммунизация…. Вопрос неприятный, но неизбежный. Все документы для смены названия, на которое мы ВЫНУЖДЕНЫ пойти, были поданы в Минюст в сроки обозначенные законом. Так что мы не нарушаем закон и что очень важно - продолжаем подписку на следующий год."
