Народний депутат Сергій Клюєв буде оскаржити дії спікера Верховної Ради Володимира Гройсмана у суді. Про це нардеп заявив після повернення Гройсманом подання Генеральної прокуратури в регламентний комітет,пише РБК

"Своїм вчинком спікер Верховної Ради підтвердив, що регламентний комітет прийняв рішення, що зобов'язувало його повернути подання в Генеральну прокуратуру. Повторне направлення цього подання в регламентний комітет суперечить регламенту роботи Верховної Ради. Оскільки такі дії суперечать закону, вони будуть оскаржені в суді", - заявив він.

Адвокат депутата Юрій Сухов підтвердив, що регламент Верховної Ради не передбачає процедури повторного розгляду такого подання. "Єдиний правовий вихід з даної ситуації - спікер повинен був повернути подання Генеральній прокуратурі", - пояснив він.

PRпортал нагадає, Голова Верховної Ради Володимир Гройсман дав доручення Регламентному комітету щодо повторного розгляду питання зняття недоторканості з Клюєва та Мельничука.

Також,під Радою проходив пікет, на якому "Клюєва" запроторили в клітку.
