Хиллари Клинтон, американский политик, в своей книге «Что произошло?» все-таки признала многочисленные ошибки, допущенные ею в ходе президентской гонки.

 

Однако Клинтон считает, что предвыборный штаб выбрал правильную стратегию. Как информирует  Associated Press, журналисты уже прочли книгу, однако она должна появиться в продаже только через три дня. Хиллари Клинтон назвала несколько факторов, которые повлияли на ее поражение в президентских выборах, - внутрипартийная борьба с Берни Сандерсом, обвинения со стороны Джеймса Коми, вмешательство российских хакеров. Кроме того, Клинтон считает, что победить на выборах ей помешал ее пол – женщине трудно бороться с мужчиной. 

Также в своей книге Клинтон отвечает своим критикам, которые говорили, что у нее не было убедительного идеологического концепта для штатов Среднего Запада, где Трамп получил достаточное количество голосов белого рабочего населения. Клинтон признала, что штаты Среднего Запада сыграли ключевую роль в президентской кампании.
