Хиллари Клинтон, претендующая на выдвижение в кандидаты в президенты США от Демократической партии, назвала "замечательной идеей" предложение назначить Барака Обаму одним из судей Верховного суда,  сообщает ВВС.
 

Во время встречи с избирателями в штате Айова один из них спросил, не собирается ли она назначить Обаму членом Верховного суда в случае, если она будет избрана президентом.

"Замечательная идея. Мне этого еще никто не предлагал. У него, правда, могут быть другие дела, но все равно, это замечательная идея", - ответила Клинтон.

Сам президент Обама в интервью журналу New Yorker в 2014 году сказал, что любит юриспруденцию, но не думает, что подходит для Верховного суда, добавив, что очень любит преподавать и общаться со студентами, и жизнь судьи кажется ему слишком монастырской.

Напомним, Хиллари Клинтон была госсекретарем в первой администрации президента Обамы.
