Трьох київських прокурорів, скандальне СМС-листування яких було оприлюднено у ЗМІ, звільнено з органів прокуратури. Про це УНІАН повідомили в Управлінні зв’язків із громадськістю та ЗМІ Генеральної прокуратури України.

«За результатами проведеної прокуратурою м. Києва перевірки, наказом в.о. прокурора міста Києва за скоєння ганебного вчинку, порушення "Присяги працівника прокуратури" та «Кодексу професійної етики та поведінки працівників прокуратури» Тендітного Артема Петровича та Солов’я Дениса Юрійовича звільнено з посад прокурорів прокуратури Дніпровського району міста Києва, а Лисенка Сергія Сергійовича - з посади старшого прокурора відділу прокуратури міста Києва», - підкреслили в ГПУ.

Як повідомлялося, 11 червня прокуратура Києва розпочала службову перевірку за фактом оприлюдненого в ЗМІ СМС-листування між прокурорами в ході судового засідання, в якому містяться пропозиції розправи над фотокореспондентом, який здійснював зйомку перебігу судового процесу.
