KFC пережил кризис айдентики, когда разразилась пандемия, и лозунг «Так вкусно, что пальчики оближешь», который оставался неизменным более 60 лет, оказался неуместным. Сеть ресторанов фастз-фуда вынуждена была отказаться от слогана и найти новые идеи.

После долгих экспериментов выяснилось, что нет ничего лучше, чем «It’s Finger Lickin’ Good», поэтому ресторан восстановил слоган ко времени открытия заведений общественного питания в Англии.

Новая кампания «Your Chicken Could Never Could Never», созданная рекламным агентством Mother, отмечает события, когда пользователи сходили с ума по KFC.

В компании отметили, что реклама предназначена для поклонников. «Они были непоколебимы и неизменно демонстрировали нам свою преданность замечательными способами», — пояснили в KFC.
