Центризбирком зарегистрировал депутатом Верховной Рады Сергея Рудыка, бывшего главу Государственного агентства земельных ресурсов. Он прошел в Верховную Раду, победив в мажоритарном округе №198 (центр - Смела Черкасской области), баллотировался как самовыдвиженец, хотя и является членом партии "Свобода".

Незарегистрированными остались Владислав Воскресенский (№24 в списке партии "Объединение "Самопомощь") и председатель Одесской областной государственной администрации Игорь Палица (№34 в списке партии "Блок Петра Порошенко").
Палица останется губернатором Одесской области, а у Воскресенского возникли проблемы с трудовым контрактом. Он является руководителем ООО "Авора Холдингс" и по условиям договора найма может уйти с работы только через 180 дней после письменного уведомления. Воскресенский написал заявление о желании уволиться 11 ноября и сможет уйти с должности не раньше 11 мая.
ЦИК пошла навстречу Воскресенскому и разрешила подать ему документы на регистрацию до 27 мая следующего года.
Вместе с тем пока не установлены итоги выборов в одномандатном избирательном округе №63 (Житомирская область), где суд обязал окружную избирательную комиссию пересчитать голоса избирателей за мажоритарного кандидата на всех 225 участках. Окружком обязался подвести итоги выборов в округе до 25 декабря.
