"Вот есть у нас фигура (подал документы на регистрацию кандидатом в депутаты местных советов – ИФ) – это пенсионер Толмачев Виктор Петрович, но он участвует во всех выборах, особенно в выборах президента, правда до статуса кандидата он не доходит", – сказала председатель Центризбиркома Беларуси Лидия Ермошина на пресс-конференции в пятницу в Минске.

"Более того, недавно он подал заявление в адрес моей коллеги Памфиловой (глава ЦИК РФ Элла Памфилова – ИФ) о регистрации его кандидатом в президенты Российской Федерации", – продолжила она.

Глава ЦИК пояснила, что в курсе этого, поскольку заявление белорусского "кандидата" пришло ей в виде копии.
