Кабинет министров зарегистрировал в Верховной Раде законопроект авторства премьера Арсения Яценюка о финансировании политических партий из государственного бюджета.
Соответствующий документ, который предусматривает внесение изменения в бюджетный кодекс, был зарегистрирован в парламенте в понедельник, 6 апреля. В случае принятия, он вступит в действие 1 января 2017 года,сообщает Украинская правда
В пояснительной записке объясняется, что это позволит партиям не обращаться за поддержкой к олигархам, что в свою очередь уменьшит их влияние на политическую жизнь.
"Преодолению политической коррупции, когда политические партии вынуждены искать средства для функционирования в олигархов и крупного бизнеса, может способствовать внедрение их государственного финансирования, о чем свидетельствует опыт многих европейских государств", – считают авторы законопроекта.
