ЦИК должен согласовать расходы с комитетом Рады, а Минфин внести изменения в роспись бюджета.
Кабинет министров Украины перераспределил бюджетные средства на второй тур местных выборов. Соответствующее распоряжение № 1147-р от 4 ноября 2015 г. опубликовано на сайте правительства.
"Согласно части восьмой статьи 23 Бюджетного кодекса Украины осуществить в пределах общего объема бюджетных назначений, предусмотренных Центральной избирательной комиссии на 2015 год в общем фонде государственного бюджета, перераспределение расходов потребления в сумме 13 580,6 тыс. гривен путем: уменьшения их объема по программе 6731020 "Проведение выборов народных депутатов Украины"; увеличение их объема по программе 6741020 "Субвенция из государственного бюджета местным бюджетам на проведение выборов депутатов местных советов и сельских, поселковых, городских голов", - - говорится в докменте.
Распоряжение предписывает Центральной избирательной комиссии согласовать перераспределения расходов с комитетом Верховной Рады Украины по вопросам бюджета, а Министерству финансов внести после указанного согласования соответствующие изменения в роспись государственного бюджета.
